1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are only applicable for size issues, damaged goods or in case a wrong order has been delivered to you. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any damage. Returned garments will only be accepted in their original packaging including hang tags.
In case you do not want to immediately exchange a returned product ,we can offer you a store credit to be utilised within three months of return .
*Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. On all discounted items the sale is final.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
– You may initiate a request for exchange within 5-7 days of the purchase.
– After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

– You will be liable to pay shipping fees for replacement of the product received.
